The property is located in the Argaka Village in the “Kserovouna” area, about 350 metres east of the coast line and about 1.5 kilometres north of the center of the village.

The property is accessed through registered asphalted road which ends at the northern boundary of the parcel, while continuing a registered non asphalted road with a total frontage of approximately 105 m. There is excellent access to the village and the beach and there is also satisfactory access to Papho's center, the airport and the motorway.

The wider area is residential, (mostly tourist houses) and there are vacant land and fields nearby that have not yet been developed (or divided into plots). The surrounding land is generally inclined, which gives partial views to the sea.
